People We Have Helped Turn Passion Into Potential
Elite Performance Starts on the Inside
PQlife was selected by Spartan as the official motivation assessment partner for Project 300—an intensive human transformation study that began with over 85,000 applicants. Among a suite of elite high-performance tools like Oura Ring, Cook Unity, TRX, and F45, PQlife stood out as the primary partner for understanding human motivation.
The PQlife Assessment was used to evaluate thousands of applicants and down-select the final 300 participants worldwide based on the PQ Predictive Index. To support sustained engagement, PQlife launched a dedicated PQlife Discord server for the Project 300 community, which became a primary hub for communication, questions, and reflections among participants.
Through live coaching calls, passion challenges, and interactive PassionAI® prompts, participants were equipped to harness their passions for physical and mindset training. Coaches received customized passion insight reports with tailored motivation challenges and strategies based on each participant’s unique Passion Profile.
This partnership with Spartan exemplifies how PQlife collaborates with high-performance brands to unlock deep motivation, build resilience, and drive transformational results.
“None of us can change what we don’t know. PQlife shows you how to think and react under pressure. First you get to see what’s going on in your mind and then we get to work on it. That’s what PQlife helps you do.”
Joe de Sena, Founder & CEO, Spartan

Case Managers and clinicians are being equipped with real-time motivation insights through PassionAI®.
Through PQ, Esteem Health is not just caring for individuals—they are cultivating a tribe united by a shared language and targeted motivation.
“We brought in PQ to our organization because it gets to the core of who people are. If we as an organization are going to be effective in moving people forward and raising their long-term trajectories, we need to understand who they are.”
Ozzie Payne, Co-Founder, Esteem Health
United We Lead Foundation (UWLF)

In June 2025, the United We Lead Foundation hosted its week-long Residential College & Career Readiness Program, Stride for Success, serving 80–100 incoming 9th–12th grade migrant and first-generation students. As part of the program, students completed the PQlife Assessment and participated in a PQlife workshop designed to help them understand their passions, explore career pathways, and develop their own passion statements. Students shared that the workshop helped them feel more confident in making decisions about their career paths and relationship.
“PQlife helped me find better options about what career I could pursue.”
Giovani, Grade 12 Student, UWLF

Fueling the People Who Fuel Schools

Turlock Unified School District’s Child Nutrition Department is a team of more than 120 dedicated professionals serving 13 school sites. Every day, they nourish students, build relationships, and provide the steady care that supports learning across the district.
“Being in Child Nutrition, we have a short amount of time to produce a whole lot. Knowing our passions helps us stay on task and pull on other people’s strengths to get the job done.”
DeAnna Millentree, Child Nutrition Operations Supervisor
“What I find particularly compelling about PQ is that it’s a scientific approach to discovering what internally motivates us—the passions that drive us and our teams.”
Jennifer Lew-Vang, MBA, RDN, Director of Child Nutrition
Turlock Unified wanted to better support this essential workforce—strengthening leadership, teamwork, and motivation so staff could thrive not just in their roles, but in their sense of purpose.
Despite their impact, food service teams are often overlooked when it comes to professional development focused on motivation and leadership. Fast-paced, time-sensitive work left little room for reflection, growth, or connection.
In 2024, Turlock Unified partnered with PQlife to bring motivation science into the Child Nutrition Department. The district launched leadership training for 25 food service leads and a district-wide professional development experience for over 100 staff members. Previously, training centered on operational efficiency.
PQlife shifted the focus inward— helping staff understand their motivations, strengths, and team dynamics. The result was a shared language that improved collaboration, resilience, and focus under pressure.
By bringing motivation science to those who serve every day, PQlife is helping school nutrition teams thrive—not just in service, but in purpose.
We’ve Helped Big Names in Big Ways
Higher Retention

In an industry with a retention rate below 10%, a branch VP of an international finance and insurance company used PQlife to evaluate talent and motivation and create optimal team profiles, increasing retention rate to 25% in two years and doubling the annual team revenue.
Better Results

PQlife is partnering with youth soccer and basketball teams to bring motivation science to the youth sports arena. Through PQlife Assessments and PassionAI® Insights, coaches receive personalized data to understand what drives each player—helping them improve communication, build trust, and enhance team performance. By tapping into each athlete’s unique motivations, coaches can engage with players to develop stronger results both on and off the field.
Strong Culture

A multi-party venture with an $800 million annual budget faced challenges with rapid construction while managing a diverse team of workers.
